Judge upholds Oregon’s packaging recycling law

The judge said he followed “clear instruction” from the U.S. Supreme Court and the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in exercising judicial restraint and not preventing state officials from enforcing a “democratically adopted state law.”
