Liberia: Supreme Court Justice Upholds Order for New Trial in Hage Property Fraud Case

[Liberian Investigator] MONROVIA -- A Supreme Court justice has refused to disturb a lower court decision that threw out a jury verdict against Nohad M. Hage, leaving in place an order that the disputed property fraud case be tried all over again.
