House GOP adopts budget blueprint to tee up filibuster-proof defense funding, voter ID bill

House Republicans on Wednesday narrowly adopted their budget blueprint for a filibuster-proof bill containing up to $95 billion in defense funding, farm aid and election integrity measures.
