After storm delay, Kegel breaks Montana Mile record

LOCKWOOD — About 30 minutes before the annual Big Sky State Games Opening Ceremonies were set to begin, a storm rolled through sending attendees to shelter in their vehicles or Lockwood High School. Most of the festivities were eventually canceled.
