'They were little balls of mud and ash': Kittens rescued after being washed away during Beaver County flood

As flash flood waters tore through Beaver County, many were devastated by the loss that came with it.

Three little kittens that could have been swallowed when the waters came, instead washed up onto a property and were rescued by a few local good Samaritans.
