Rubio en route to the Philippines for multi-day meetings with ASEAN partners

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is reportedly traveling to Manila, Philippines, for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Post- Ministerial Conference, the East Asia Summit Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and the ASEAN Regional Forum Foreign Ministers’ Meeting this week.
