Widow of L.A. County sheriff's deputy killed in grenade blast files wrongful death lawsuit

The widow of an L.A. County sheriff's deputy killed last year in a grenade explosion at a training facility has filed a lawsuit alleging that unsafe practices were to blame for the incident, which also left two others dead.
