Alliance for a Better Utah, Elevate Strategies sue Kevin O'Leary, Fox News over data center 'smear campaign'

The groups that reality TV star Kevin O'Leary accused of being agents of the Chinese Communist Party are now filing a lawsuit against O'Leary and Fox News, alleging that O'Leary coordinated a smear campaign to discredit their opposition to his proposed AI data center in Box Elder County.
