Maine ICE shooting victim was not target of arrest warrant, Sen. King’s office says after earlier DHS account

Sen. Angus King’s office said a man fatally shot by an ICE agent in Maine was not the intended target of an arrest warrant, after King earlier relayed a different account from DHS.
