Lander student earned top honor in national civics competition

LANDER — When Miriam Washut wasn’t rehearsing for the school play, competing with Lander’s inaugural high school softball team, finishing a dining room table in woodworking class or interning at the Wyoming Legislature this spring, she kept herself busy reading.
