西日本では連日猛暑日となり、東日本でも14日以降は気温が上がる見込みです。比較的涼しい日が続いたあと各地で気温が急に上がり、熱中症で搬送される人が出てきています。自宅や屋外の作業現場などでの熱中症対策をまとめました。
