Superintendent: 3,000 bison in Yellowstone's a 'bs number'

BILLINGS — Four text messages the superintendent of Yellowstone National Park sent to the governor of Montana in 2023 regarding a new bison plan show a decision had already been made, a Montana Department of Livestock attorney has argued.
