Grandmother's 32-hour bus 'adventure' home after train shutdown

A bus trip that should have taken only 13 hours turned into a 32-hour interstate marathon for a Torquay grandmother due to this week's Telstra outage, while there is still no date for when Victorian passengers can claim compensation from V/Line.
