Advertising Agreement & Child Safety Policy

1. Contractual Relationship

By placing an advertisement with MindTheDesk.com or the Code-Oryx ad network (operated by OSIBytes Group LLC), you ("Advertiser") agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement is a binding contract between the Advertiser and Publisher.

2. Utah-Based Community Standards

MindTheDesk and Code-Oryx (OSIBytes Group) are Utah-based community platforms. We do not accept advertising for: illicit or recreational drugs; gambling or betting; sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content; violence, weapons for harm, or content that exploits or endangers children; hate speech; scams or illegal services. All customer advertisements require admin review for child-safety and community standards before going live.

3. Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

• Illicit, recreational, or controlled substances marketed illegally
• Gambling, casinos, sports betting, or lottery promotions
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, escort, or adult content
• Violence, graphic harm, or content that exploits or endangers children
• Hate speech, scams, fraud, or illegal services of any kind

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund, account suspension, and referral to authorities where required by law.

4. Admin Approval Required

All customer advertisements on MindTheDesk and Code-Oryx must be reviewed and approved by an administrator before they go live, regardless of payment status. Payment does not guarantee approval. Staff/internal brand promos may be activated by staff under separate rules.

5. Payment & Billing

MindTheDesk direct ads: $100 per month per advert (or $100 prepaid for 31 days) reflecting site traffic volume. Charged via Stripe and/or invoiced through accounts.osibytes.com.

Rotation: Approved MindTheDesk direct ads are shown with Code-Oryx network ads placed between them. If no MindTheDesk ads are in inventory, only Code-Oryx network ads are served.

Code-Oryx network: Prepaid traffic blocks ($28–$398) as published on code-oryx.com/pricing.php. Separate from MindTheDesk direct placement.

6. Metrics

Advertisers may view impressions (views) and clicks for their own ads in their dashboard after login. Metrics are estimates and may exclude fraud-filtered events. No guarantee of traffic volume or sales is made.

7. Limitation of Liability

OSIBytes Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from advertising use. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific ad placement period in question.

8. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled per plan rules. No partial refunds for early cancellation after an ad has run, except at Publisher discretion when content is removed for policy reasons on our initiative.
