Gov. Cox signs order creating 'higher bar' for data centers

Gov. Spencer Cox signed an executive order Friday establishing a statewide framework for evaluating large data centers, citing public concerns about environmental impact and utility costs for local communities in light of the proposed Stratos Project in Box Elder County.
