Atlas Tower Group is dead set on placing a 65-foot-tall cell tower in Heber City Cemetery

Community Development Director Tony Kohler suggested the cemetery may be the final option. “If the cemetery site doesn't work, we probably ought to cut off our relationship with Atlas and say, ‘Thanks, but no thanks,’” he said.
