Mother and daughter blend art, horses and mindfulness in Wasatch Back wellness workshops, retreats

Together, the two Utah natives, now Park City residents, have worked together on retreats for the past 13 years, designing multi-day events that include art experiences and equine coaching sessions meant to help participants slow down in a world they say often feels overstimulated and disconnected.
