By Alisha Ebrahimji, CNN (CNN) — At least one person is dead and multiple people were injured after an implosion involving hazardous materials in a large vat of chemical treatment product at a paper and packaging facility in Washington state, fire officials said. The incident occurred around 7:30 a.m. local time at the Nippon Dynawave
