OGDEN, Utah (ABC4) — A crash on southbound I-15 in Ogden is causing major traffic delays Thursday morning. According to the Utah Department of Transportation, southbound I-15 near 24th Street in Ogden is currently impacted. The crash is blocking three of four lanes. The estimated clearance time is 12:30 a.m.
