Kevin Warsh confirmed as Fed chair, succeeding Jerome Powell

By Bryan Mena, CNN Washington (CNN) — Kevin Warsh was confirmed Wednesday by the Senate to serve as the 17th chair of the Federal Reserve, handing the former Morgan Stanley banker and one-time Fed governor stewardship of the world’s most influential central bank at a moment of mounting global uncertainty. Warsh will formally succeed Fed
