Jury finds night nanny not guilty on some counts, mistrial declared for others

A Summit County jury struggled to reach a verdict in an aggravated child abuse case this week and declared a night nanny accused of injuring an infant not guilty on five of the eight felony counts she faced. The other three counts resulted in a mistrial after jurors were unable to reach a unanimous decision.
