Houston Restores ICE Cooperation Policy While ICE Arrests 277 Criminal Aliens in April

The Houston City Council, by a vote of 13-4, passed a new policy resolution that appears to resolve the dispute with the State of Texas over ICE cooperation. Shortly before today's 2-hour debate and vote, Houston ICE officials announced officers arrested 277 criminal aliens in the Houston area during the past two weeks.
