Residents in unincorporated Summit County to participate in new clean energy program

Residents living in unincorporated Summit County will be automatically enrolled in a new Rocky Mountain Power program designed to fund the construction of renewable energy sources. The Community Clean Energy Program is expected to launch later this year or early next.
