Heber City Police Department officers honored at annual awards ceremony

On July 4, 2025, a family driving through Heber City totaled their car and witnessed a standoff between the man who’d hit them and police officers. Thanks to three officers, the family was able to cap off the traumatic day with more positive memories at a concert by country musician Joe Nichols.
