Contractors use skip tracing, AI to find undocumented migrants, raising ethical concerns

The Department of Homeland Security is hiring a litany of private contractors and giving them thousands of names monthly of migrants who allegedly are in the U.S. illegally, which they are using AI to locate and arrest through a questionable process called 'skip tracing'
