Wagner touts record retention, enrollment growth, declares ISU 'not in crisis' in State of the University Address

POCATELLO — Idaho State University will outlast any attempt to disrupt its role in the Gem State's system of higher education and is, in spite of mandated budget cuts, the strongest it's ever been over its 125 years of existence.
