Windy & warmer ahead of a dry cold front that will take our temperatures down 20 degrees

Patchy blowing dust and breezy this afternoon and evening.  Ag areas and plowing stirring up the particles in the air and with more wind into Wednesday and Thursday, visibility may be a problem along northern interstate sections and US 20.   Possible record temperatures for the afternoon today and again tomorrow.   Our usual highs this time
