Wasatch County property owner sues Deer Mountain Homeowners Association for $80,000 in fines, and counting

Bernard Ryder did not expect to owe his homeowner’s association $80,000 in fines four years after he built his Wasatch County home. He had, he said, been approved for all permits and was in line with the required ordinances.
