Lawmakers target Prop 4 recission campaign in 11th hour twist

In a late-night bill change on the last day of the 2026 legislative session, the Utah legislature passed a bill that could be a major blow to the efforts to keep a repeal of Utah's anti-gerrymandering law, Proposition 4, off the 2026 midterm ballot.
