Police: Local man in jail after incident that began with him falling out of his SUV as he drove through intersection and ended with building in near ruins

POCATELLO — An incident that began with a local man falling out of his moving SUV as it drove through a busy Pocatello intersection Tuesday evening ended with a building in near ruins and him sitting in jail, police said.
