Redistricting, abortion plaintiffs ask Utah Supreme Court to halt Utah legislature's new three-judge panel

It's been a dizzying week of court filings after Utah's attorney general gave notice to four cases before lower-court judges that they wanted to move those cases to newly created three-judge panels, with three of the four cases asking lower court judges to block the new law. Now, two of those plaintiffs have asked the Utah Supreme Court to step in quickly.
