Confidential informant key in arrest of alleged drug dealer

Members of the Cache-Rich Drug Task Force arrested Lexin Noel Scott, 20, on Wednesday, after a confidential informant contacted them on May 19 and subsequently agreed to purchase marijuana from Scott while wearing a transmitter, court records show.
