Despite no active threat, LCPD says avoid 800 S. Legend Drive

Just before 11 a.m. Friday, the Logan City Police Department reported a “heavy police presence” at 800 South Legend Drive in Logan, advising the public to avoid the area but noting there is no active threat, merely an active investigation.
