Christie Babalis, Canice Harte poised to take Summit County Council seats in January

The Summit County Council race appears to have been determined in Tuesday’s primary election, with Democrats in both District 4 and District 5 advancing to the November ballot without any Republican challengers. However, write-in candidates may still qualify for the Election Day ballot, which could lead to a competitor for the two Democratic candidates.
