Cross-country cyclist stops in Wasatch County to raise awareness of peripheral neuropathy

The smile permanently etched on Dr. Gregory Maassen’s face attracted attention as much as his orange safety vest did. But the biggest conversation starter was his e-bike, which had yellow clogs affixed to the back — Maassen’s “marketing device” — and was decked out with everything he needed to survive his cross-country trek across the United States.
