Former Logan court clerks indicted after allegedly assisting in ICE evasion

The Department of Justice has issued a press release on the arrest of two former state clerks who while working at the Logan City Municipal Justice Court “allegedly helped an illegal alien evade U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrest.”
