'Heads or tails': Salt Lake City Council appoints replacement for Eva Chavez Lopez's seat through coin toss

The Salt Lake City Council have appointed a candidate to replace councilmember Eva Chavez Lopez, who was accused of sexually harassing colleagues and was removed for residing outside of her district. The vote, due to a lack of majority, was decided by a coin toss.
