Wasatch County Council questions Heber Valley bypass impacts

The Utah Department of Transportation released its draft environmental impact statement for the Heber Valley bypass last week, selecting Alternative B, which cuts through the North Fields between Potters Lane and 900 North. Wednesday, UDOT Project Manager Craig Hancock presented the findings to the Wasatch County Council.
