Wasatch County resident pleads for help in establishing veteran care

When Neysa Holmes stood before the Wasatch County Council during a public comment period on Wednesday to plead for help in establishing a care center for veterans, she hoped the councilors might be agreeable. She did not, however, expect a wave of supporters to jump to champion her bid.
