‘Doing everything to protect its ACP’: CJP claims Delhi Police refused to file FIR

The Cockroach Janata Party has accused Delhi Police of refusing to register a FIR against ACP Vivek Bhagat. This refusal was allegedly attributed to an ongoing Crime Branch investigation related to the complaint. Three women journalists also claimed manhandling by police during their detention at a protest. Delhi Police confirmed the complaints had been registered and that the matter was referred to the Crime Branch.
