Leonardo’s owner expands into the restaurant business with Pa’l Corazón

Hugo Leonardo came to the United States from Mexico in 2001 as a teenager, working his way through various kitchen positions in Park City until he opened his own market and taquería — Leonardo’s — four years ago to provide specialized goods to Park City’s Hispanic community. But Leonardo says his latest business venture, a Mexican restaurant in the heart of Kamas, is a lifelong dream that has finally come to fruition.
