Alleged car thief arrested after breaking into four cars, driving around in one

Rexburg Police have charged a 26-year-old Rexburg man with four felonies after he allegedly broke into four cars earlier this month. He’s also facing one misdemeanor count of driving one of those vehicles without permission.
