Murdoch's Aspen mansion lists for $29.85M after $3M buy in 1980s

Rupert Murdoch’s former Aspen retreat has returned to the market for $29.85 million after a major renovation. Murdoch bought the 11,500-square-foot mansion for $3 million in the early 1980s and listed it for $5 million in 1995. The renovated property now spans 12,172 square feet across just over two acres.
