B'luru man strangles wife, pours hot oil on her face to stage death as suicide

A man allegedly murdered his wife after a domestic quarrel in Bengaluru. He then poured hot oil on her face to disfigure her body. The accused attempted to make the death appear as a suicide. However, police noted discrepancies and detained the husband for questioning. The man confessed to the murder and has been remanded in judicial custody.
