At 16, Arjun Jain’s hydroponics project has grown 3,500 pounds of produce

A New Jersey teenager transformed his backyard experiment into a successful urban agriculture initiative. HydroProduce has donated over 3,500 pounds of fresh vegetables to local food pantries.
