Utah Weather: Scattered storms with elevated flood threat Thursday

Happy Thursday, Utah! Deep moisture remains in place and will allow for scattered thunderstorms again in southern and eastern Utah, with some isolated storms in the north. Storms are capable of producing heavy rain, hail, and an abundance of lightning, with a solid chance of flash flooding, especially in places with saturated soils.
