Bengaluru nurse chased, attacked with machete by husband; acid thrown

A man allegedly attacked his wife with floor cleaner acid and a machete. The 26-year-old nurse is in critical condition and receiving hospital treatment. The incident occurred near J P Nagar as the woman left her clinic for breakfast. Nearby traffic police officers intervened and took the alleged attacker into custody.
