Audit blasts past leadership of Governor's Office of Economic Development for lack of oversight

A newly released legislative audit reveals that past leadership of the Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED) failed to account for how millions of dollars in taxpayer money awarded to businesses was supposed to benefit Utah's economy.
