Boise School District pays $34K to settle suit over Idaho’s School Bathroom Law

The Boise School District reached a $34,000 settlement to resolve a lawsuit involving its transgender student restroom policy. The suit, filed by the Idaho Family Policy Center on behalf of a former student, followed allegations that a female student encountered a biological male twice in the girls restroom during the 2024-2025 school year.
