Cape Verde's President Neves to run for re-election in November

The president of Cape Verde, Jose Maria Neves, says he’ll run for a second five-year term in the country’s November elections. Making the announcement on Monday, Neves said he wants to continue to champion the causes he’s pursued which cannot be circumscribed to one election cycle.
